DIAGNOSIS: recto-sigmoid stenotic neoplasm. Segm iv liver tumor formation. Upper rectal artery adenopathy
OPERATION: rectosigmoid resection with mechanical l-t colo-rectal anastomosis. Liver tumor resection segment iv. Anterior and posterior double pelvic anastomosis drainage, right interhepatophrenic drainage.
