Neoplasm colon transvers
Patient – 39 years old
DIAGNOSIS: neoplasm of the transverse colon. Middle pedicle lymph node metastasis. Right hepatic and gastroepiploic artery adenopathy. Liver metastases segment II, IV, V and VIII.
OPERATION: transverse colon resection en bloc with metastatic adenopathy middle colonic pedicle origin, L-L colo-colic anastomosis. Intraoperative liver ultrasound. Liver segment II resection. Bipolar tactical cholecystectomy. Ligature branch right portal vein. Right and left subhepatic drainage, douglas drainage and splenic box.
