DIAGNOSIS: Liver tumour segment VI/VII. Acute lithiasic catarrhal cholecystitis. Perforated pyloric ulcer and blocked cholecyst. Hepatic steatosis. Obesity.
OPERATION: : atypical segmental resection segm. VI-VII. Bipolar cholecystectomy. Pyloric ulcer perforation plication with serosal enteral loop in transmesocolic ascending omega. Double interhepatophrenic drainage, double subhepatic and douglas drainage
