DIAGNOSIS: cephalopancreatic neoplasm. Dolicosigram. Cholecystectomy in the past.

OPERATION: cephalic duodenopancreatectomy with pancreatico-gastric T-L anastomosis, hepatico-jejunal T-L on ascending loop in situ and gastro-enteric T-L on ascending loop precolic. Double subhepatic, retrogastric and douglas drainage.
